Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at Better Than Grandma. This policy explains how we process and ship your order.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) after payment is confirmed. You will receive an order confirmation email when your order is placed and a shipping confirmation with tracking details once it ships.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses in the United States. If we expand to other countries, this page will be updated.

Estimated Delivery Times

Our products are shipped directly from our fulfillment partners. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

Items shipped from US warehouses: 3-8 business days.
Items shipped from international warehouses: 8-20 business days, and up to 30 business days in rare cases.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can occur because of carrier issues, customs processing, weather, or peak seasons such as holidays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the items in your order and your shipping address. Any free shipping offer that applies to your order will be shown at checkout.

Multiple Packages

If your order contains several items, they may ship separately and arrive at different times. You will receive tracking information for each package.

Tracking Your Order

A tracking number is emailed to you when your order ships. Tracking details may take 2-5 business days to update after dispatch.

Incorrect Address

Please check that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible and we will try to update the address before the order ships.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and we will help resolve the issue, including a replacement or a refund where appropriate under our Return and Refund Policy.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For items shipped from outside the United States, customs duties or import taxes may apply in rare cases. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer.
